With a career spanning national security, law, and cybersecurity, Todd MacGregor brings a deep understanding of insider threats, cyber intelligence, and risk mitigation. Since 2013, he has held multiple leadership roles, including Manager of Insider Threat and Forensics, Cybersecurity Advisor to the CISO, and Lead for the Threat Intelligence team within the Cyber Intelligence Center. He has supported the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security, advising on insider threat strategy and conducting cyber threat briefings across the U.S., Europe, Central America, and Southeast Asia.
A former practicing attorney in Washington, D.C., his legal focus included cyber-related criminal defense and immigration fraud. He earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Richmond and a JD from George Mason University with a concentration in Cyber Law and Fourth Amendment issues. Born in Germany and raised across the globe, Todd is an avid cyclist, soccer player, and culinary enthusiast.
